Ric Bishop
Ric started his collegiate career at the University of Georgia. After one year there he transferred to Andrew Junior College in 2006 and led the team in average (.354), hits (68) and RBI (44), earning Second Team Georgia JC All-Conference honors. In 2007, while gaining All-American honors, Ric led the team in average (.403), hits (81), doubles (22), RBI (46), homeruns (5) and stolen bases (15), earning a First Team Georgia JC All-Conference selection and awarded a member of the Final Four All-Tournament team.
In 2008, Ric attended Kennesaw State University and led the team in total bases (96), slugging percentage (.485), RBI (47) and homeruns (9).Voted Team Captain for KSU in 2009, Ric helped lead Kennesaw State to their best finish since being a Division I program. Ric led the team in hits (72), average (.350), and RBI (51) and was second on the team in doubles (16), total basses (108) and slugging percentage
(.524).
Ric provides proper instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding and catching based on his personal experiences in the game of baseball and as a certified ASEP coach/instructor.
