Spring Break Camp 2007

Camp Overview

This year's camp was a huge success with the combination of the planned indoor and outdoor exercises.  The students participated in a series of Offensive and Defensive drills to strengthen their game.

Live demonstrations of proper fielding technique from the professional instructors followed by the players testing and honing their skills offered great opportunities for improvement.

During the fly ball drills, there was an extra challenge offered by a steady breeze making it a chore to catch the monster pop-ups.

The best way to preserve the memories is to take lots of Camp Pictures.  Baseball cards are available for many of the photos taken during the camp.  If interested in a custom Baseball Card of your athlete, send us an email.

Camp Instructors

Not only did the kids get a chance to learn first hand from professional baseball players, they also had a chance to see them work up close.  During the field activities, we took a break to see what the instructors could do.  Brian Parish gave a demonstration on the mound while hurling a few fastballs and a couple of wicked curves.  Rick Elder and Casey Smith stepped up to the plate a launched some bombs into the trees.  At the end of the camp, the instructors offered to sign the participants gear.  Hence the phrase, "Happy Campers".
